Your own list of places to go someday, from TikTok, Instagram, Google Maps or anywhere. When you plan a trip there, they go into the trip’s Saved places.

Tip: in TikTok, Instagram or Google Maps, tap Share and pick Gatherjar (in the app, or once Gatherjar is added to your home screen).

Google Maps lists

  1. On a computer, open takeout.google.com
  2. Click “Deselect all”, tick “Saved” (and “Maps (your places)” for starred places), then export once.
  3. Open the download, and pick the list files here (.csv, and “Saved Places.json”).

Only the place names, notes and links are kept; the files aren’t. The places are sorted by city for you.
